Situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

1. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

How refunds are granted:

1. Let us know of any issues with the delivery of your order by emailing stating your name and order number, with an image(s) of any damage.

2. The team will inspect the email, and either process a refund for you or send out replacement products. 

3. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return.If the return passes inspection, we will issue the refund to the account you made payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
