How refunds are granted:
1. Let us know of any issues with the delivery of your order by emailing email@example.com stating your name and order number, with an image(s) of any damage.
2. The team will inspect the email, and either process a refund for you or send out replacement products.
3. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return.If the return passes inspection, we will issue the refund to the account you made payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
